iTech Gossip is ready to refund only when a client meets the following statement. We always love to deliver best and competent services to our clients. However, in some cases, it may occur inconvenience issues.
iTech Gossip respects “Refund Policy”. Only applicable to the following cases:
- A full refund will be given for all orders that have a refund request within the 2-3 hours if you not get services.
- If you wouldn’t get any services within 24 hours, you can cancel your order and request for refunds.
- If you accidentally ordered the same product/service twice OR purchased wrong services, a full refund would be eligible only when the services are not delivered yet.
iTech Gossip reserves the right to decline a refund in the following cases:
- In the case, a customer demands a refund after he receives the service.
- In the case, a customer demands a refund after passing time frame of 72 hours where if you claim accounts don’t work properly.
- In the case the customer demands a refund, while the order would be under process, there can be no refund.
- The customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for the product, there is not any refund process.
